SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

OUR MISSION:  We take great pride in offering magickal wares & supplies crafted in the traditions of the old ways. 
Mist & Magick offerings are all handcrafted, handpoured, within the correct astrological phase during the correct light of Moon.  Timing is everything.
Each offering is charged & enchanted in a sacred ceremony before it is offered in the shop.
The belief is that everyone should be able to harness the magick within; all it takes is your will and great tools.
Magick takes time, so if an item is out of stock, please be assured that it will return when the timing is right.


SHIPPING | WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PURCHASE :
Your purchase is important to you & we know you want to receive it as soon as possible.  Mist & Magick strives to get your order shipped within 3-5 business days.
Exception: During high shipping times, such as the holiday season, this time may be between 3-7 days.
Once your package leaves the studio, the arrival time to you can vary depending on your location, the season, and the weather.  Although we hope the shipping gods will speed the parcel, we have no control over this once the package leaves our hands. 
Most parcels will arrive within 7-10 days after leaving the studio.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:
Contact us: As soon as your magickal parcel arrives, please inspect your items.
If, for some reason, a product is damaged or missing, get in touch with us within 48 hrs so we can work to correct the situation. Ladyviolet@mistandmagick.com
You may be asked to submit pictures of the product or parcel damage. This is sometimes needed to work with our shipping carrier.

RETURNS: 
If, for any reason, you decide the product you selected is no longer wanted, we will gladly accept a return. 
Returns must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
CONDITION: The product must be in its original condition, including original packaging, unopened, unused.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We do not provide return shipping costs.
REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly issue a store credit on your return.
